Refund policy

At Nitrous Oxide Spec, we stand by our gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ll make it right. Read on for the details.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Final sale items, custom pieces, and limited drops are non-returnable.

    Replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 working days

2. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at operations.nos@gmail.com or for faster reply, WhatsApp us at +91 85910 63085 with your order number and valid reason for return.

  • We’ll review your request and share return instructions.

  • You must ship the item back to us (return shipping is covered by you unless it’s our mistake).

Important:

  • Your refund or exchange process will only begin once we receive the returned item back at our warehouse.

  • If the product is found to be damaged, used, or not in the condition we dispatched it, the refund cannot be initiated.

3. Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake is on our end.

  • In some cases, instead of a refund or exchange, we may offer store credits or vouchers, especially if stock is unavailable.

4. Exchanges

  • Want a different size or color? Send it back, and we’ll swap it (subject to stock availability).

  • If the item is out of stock, you may receive store credit or sometimes a full refund.

    Exchanged products will be delivered within 5 working days

5. Damaged or Wrong Items?

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, that’s on us.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

  • Note: A minor 10% variation between product images and actual product may be present due to lighting, display settings, or production variations.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Haven’t received your refund yet? First, check with your bank or payment provider.

  • Still no update? Email us or WhatsApp at +91 85910 63085, and we’ll assist you.

Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 working days
